Why 1st Focus?
1st Focus is about the #focusforward movement “where we focus on what is in front of us and what God has for us and not linger or look over our shoulder at what we have lost or what we have left behind”. 1st Focus is what gets that journey going by journaling the things you think about first thing in the morning, by telling God what is on your heart, what is hurting or challenging you and expressing what is tearing at you.
This is one of the main ways I have been able to get through each day after the death of my only son. Tell God what is on your heart so that you too can Focus Forward on what God has for you.
